Pelham lodge nightmare
The room was small.it hadn't been hoovered and there were dried tea stains down the dressing table and the top of the dressing table unit had dried in stains.yhe shower cubicle needed resealed as it was brown and the 3 tier lightshade had layers of thick dust on it.i couldn't get to the window and it was too high.the curtains were dusty and not fitting properly. Overall it was aweful and i checked out after 1 night even though I had booked for 3.never again.how thus place got 4 star and great reviews is beyond my comprehension.

Such a lovely b&b staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to make our family of four feel welcome. Rooms very clean and spacious food was made to order and plenty of it. Location ideal for all attractions around Blackpool. Would definitely recommend.

Warm welcome on arrival from proprietor set the tone for the stay. Clean well appointed rooms with very comfortable bed for a sound sleep, close to the main strip and the trams with a very excellent breakfast to look forward to in the morning. Very highly recommended.

We are abd was,greeted by one of the owners, who helped us with our parking around the side of the building. When we entered the building the owner proceeded to entertain the children as well as asking us we had a safe journey. He was a childs entertainer as well and proceeded to make our granddaughter a balloon dog and the 3 boys swords also offered sweets. Which they all loved. We were given also a discount card and a list of eating places were we could use it. There was plenty of ornaments to see. Room inviting, plenty of choice to make a drink and lovely bisciuts. Very clean and suitable family rooms. Breakfast was plentiful and choice of continental also. Staff were very attentive to us all. Also we were told about events happening, best time to arrive to avoid the crowds. Would return another time.
