Small but nice room, bed was comfortable. Could see Blackpool tower from the window. Some maintenance issues and thick dust on top of the wardrobe but not really an issue. Keith was very helpful and the breakfast was great. Hotel was a 15 - 20min walk to the tower along the sea front.

Not far from the front, clean and tidy room and really lovely people that run the place. The breakfast was spot on as well!

Great homely guest house. Shelia and Keith were lovely and couldnā€™t do enough for us. The room was comfortable and clean with everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of coffee on hand. Would definitely stay here again

Great stay. Lovely welcoming hosts. Great room, very comfortable. Close to all the attractions that Blackpool has to offer. Will definitely stay again next time we are down.

šŸ˜ - friendly owners, nice breakfast, in a quieter area but still close enough to amenities. šŸ˜• - could smell cigarette smoke in the property, even with the abundance of plug in air fresheners. Dusty along the top of the shower unit, shaving light and en-suite skirting boards.
