Property was excellent with Amazing location. Neat and clean. Close to beach and town centre as well. Everything was in walking distance . Highly recommend.
Thank you.
Decent stay for a quick trip, valet parked the car at an extra cost of £25 but was really handy, the hotels in a great location and I’d definitely stop there again if I was to visit Bournemouth again, the staff were really friendly and helpful
We were unable to stay as planned due to hospitalisation and urgent need to support close family member.
Unfortunately due to Hotels.com policies the stay could not be cancelled

Disliked: Staff & service
It feels like it needs a little tlc, the staff were not very friendly or knowledgeable and I am not sure the window free options are safe as no air flow through the room, it was like a sauna
I had a lovely relaxing stay. The reception staff especially Bel are so kind and helpful to all the guests. Room was lovely big and clean. The evening meal being £15 for all you eat was a great price and the £5 entry for the spa was an amazing deal. Only flaws are having to pay for wifi in the room (just go lounge where its free) and the breakfast buffet didnt have a massive selection. Overall a great stay

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The TV was broken and didn’t work at all during my stay.
I had high hopes for my stay but there were issues upon issues.
The hotel is unclear about parking facilities on site I messaged through expedia to ask well ahead of time and got no answer. On arrival called the hotel but no answer again. There is a public car park with costs of £25 per 24 hours (if you can find a space)! Failing that the hotel offer valet parking at same cost.
Access to the spa has an additional charge per person per night which is not documented anywhere and it read as the spa facilities were included in the price.
My standard room was one of the worst rooms I have ever stayed in. The bathroom floor had flooded with something that had stained, their was someone else's hair in the bath and as a standard sized room it was claustrophobic and dated.
Having made reception aware they swiftly changed my room which I was thankful for as had travelled 4 hours to get to destination.
There is a folder in the room to inform guests that the hotel is currently undertaking a refurbishment of rooms - its a shame this isnt mentioned when booking.
The only good thing about this hotel is the location to the beach and Bell on reception who was sympathetic to the circumstances and changed my room.
I will think thrice before visiting again.

Liked: Staff & service
Location and ease of booking was super. I was allocated a small room which was comfortable but quite dated and needs an upgrade. The hotel in general is quite shabby and really has lost its higher standard of look and appeal over the decades!
I was initially given a room in the basement without a window. I asked to be moved and after one night I got a room with a window. The staff were lovely. They tried their best but I never knew it was legal to stay in a room without a fire exit.
