Had a wonderful 5 night stay, location is perfect. It's walkable to the bus station, train station, cathedral is across the road and shops at your doorstep!
It was quiet at night considering there are a few restaurants in the area.
The room was basic but had everything you needed. It was the perfect size, clean, very comfy bed and hot shower. Wifi was excellent. Room was serviced each day and again very clean.
I didn't eat breakfast so can't comment on that. I'd definitely stay again and highly recommend.
Staff very helpful. My room was clean and modern, but my bed was a little small. It was a single and not very wide at all. The hotel is in a great location for the Cathedral and harbourside. Temple Meads and shopping areas are 20 min walk or a taxi ride away.
Great location and usual ibis quality.
Didn’t like lack of storage in the room
Also had to go down for fresh towels as the used towels had been taken and not replaced
