The staff was friendly, attentive, and efficient. The rooms were, for lack of a better word, dilapidated (on the verge of dilapidated). The worst part, by far, was the carpet. It needed to be replaced - 10 years ago. The rest of the room was dated, well-worn, and in dire need of renovation. But it's an airport hotel with high volume, use, and turnover. The bed linens were newer and the mattress comfortable. The restaurant menu lacks variety; it tries so hard to be creative that it forgets to include basic staples. NO ONE wants "creative" from an airport hotel. Everyone wants familiar, well-prepared comfort foods.
