Although this seems like it would be conveniently close for an overnight stay, it is no closer than any of the other options around the airport area. Beware it is still a $40 taxi ride or a 45 min train ride around the airport depending on which terminal you are using.

Well like I checked on the multiple choice excellent, but in the restaurant different. Messed up on the order 4 times, the desert part of the menu, had a item on there which was just half a scoop of ice cream small piece of sponge lots of canned cream 4 raspberries charged a lot of money. But really that not what I’m ranting about. It was made of the wrong ingredients. Thank you.

Pro: The convenience to Terminal 4 at LHR Con: We rented 2 rooms. One of the rooms had black mold all over the bathroom ceiling in the shower area. The hallway leading to both rooms smelled musty. Upon checking in I asked the clerk about getting to Terminal 3 from the hotel via walking. She mentioned to take a shuttle for payment. She did not know about the 2-minute walk which is around the corner from the hotel to Terminal 4 which also services Terminal 3. Hilton website mentions about the connections. I wanted to know more details. Either the employee needs more training or is not interested in assisting customers.
