Great Location, lovely, clean, comfortable rooms.
Beautiful hotel, lovely rooms, with very comfortable beds. Very clean, my only flaw was the male bar manager on the Saturday afternoon after having some afternoon tea we thought we will have a drink in the bar. When we enquired about a table he was very abrupt, said we can’t accommodate, wasn’t what he said more the tone and unlikely the lovely lady from the night before made no attempt to help. We eventually found a table and it then took 25 mins for them to come and take an order, when we went to the bar to order he again was abrupt and said table service only, when 3 people were standing doing nothing, It was a very very busy day but not the service we expected. Saying that I would 100% stay again.

We felt appreciated and were treated excellently. The room was a bit cold on the first day but was sorted immediately. The taps in the bathrooms need some attention (room 403) however the stay in the Grand was memorable for all the right reasons. Top class !

Absolutely 5 star . Hige room very comfortsble and definately worth the money. Breakfast was amazing loafs.to choose from. My only little.gripe was they take 100 pounds as a bond and are supposed to put it back on your card . This took a week this was not explained until i seen my receipt by email . Had to ring and enquire. This should be explained before booking
