Fabulous and stunning

Our stay at this resort was fantastic! The cleanliness throughout the property was excellent, and the staff truly stood out—they were always professional, pleasant, and went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. The food options were impressive, with enough variety to satisfy all six of us. Everyone in our family found something they liked, which made mealtime a breeze. This is definitely a high-energy resort, perfect for those who love a lively atmosphere. While I’m not a drinker, some members of my family are, and they had a great time enjoying the party vibe. That said, we stayed in a quieter section of the resort, and there were plenty of peaceful areas and calmer pools for those looking to relax. It’s a very affordable option, exceptionally clean, with lots to do for everyone. I got plenty of rest while still enjoying all the activities available. Overall, a wonderful stay—I’d highly recommend it!

Sharing my review based on a recent stay Jan 12-18, family of four (two adult kids aged 22), we've done multiple all-inclusive holidays in the Caribbean. Resort: -Check in and check out was a breeze. They had our notes and provided us with a room with two beds for the kids -Resort is SUPER clean everywhere and very beautiful landscaping -It is neither a party nor sleepy resort, it is a good mix and has something for everyone's vacation style Rooms: -Room need a bit of renovation, however I found them perfectly acceptable. There is a bit of a privacy concern as rooms are really geared towards couples, the kids need to trade off to have privacy as the bathroom is not enclosed -The maid staff do a wonderful job and always made sure our towels and toiletries were replenished -The Snacks and Mini-fridge were filled a bit slower, but they did come around -Rooms are spacious. We stayed in room 2232 and loved it as it was near everything in the middle of the resort Pool and Beach: -The pool knocked my sock off! It is HUGE, it is clean and I cannot say enough about it. There are quiet areas, whirlpool areas, a swim up bar and activity area. I got my exercise pool walking the length of it. -Never had problems finding chairs in the shade either at the pool or the beach, so no need to get up at the crack of dawn to ensure a spot. I absolutely Loved that! -The beach is the best on the stretch. We walked the entire length of the beach and checked out all the other resorts.

We just came back and had a wonderful time. Food was very good for the most part, buffet a good variety with fresh items that were excellent but some were inedible...we always left buffet satisfied and laughed at how terrible some items were ( i.e. lamb shank on a big bone toughest meat we've had all week...impossible to cut with a knife and was scared to break a tooth lol) but the grilled lamb chops at the buffet were excellent. The burger we had at la palapa on the first day by the pool was the best burger ive had anywhere at an all inclusive ( ive done 25 or so) we came back twice to have it and althought it was still great they changed the cheese and onion compote and wasnt has great has the first time. Often times the items listed on the menu are not really what you will receive and trying to make changes from the a la carte restaurants was usuallly a fail...but no big deal we still ate well all week. A very special thank you to the waitress Pamela which gave us phenomenal service all week, we made sure to seek her out whenever possible and even when the place was full she arranged for us to get a table and avoid the short wait time. Also for my wifes bday she prepared a beautiful table with flowers and balloons to celebrate the event...we took great care of her $$and she returned the favor tenfold. Some employees were slow and didnt smile but overall we received good service everyhere. Also loved no need to get up ealry for chairs there are plenty.

Great place, and not overcrowded. Henrietta the concierge in the excellence club was amazing!!
