We have stayed here before and really enjoy it. Despite the size it is clean and welcoming. My main complaint is the breakfast- the number of people just outstripped the breakfast provision. There are 2 very slow coffee machines which we had to wait 15 mins to use. There was que for everything.

Staff and the area around was great but we were told the hotel does not provide drinking water in the rooms, unless you're a Hilton member, which was just ridiculous and the bathroom cabinet was in poor condition. Not fitted, unhinged and was a safety hazard. Not worth the money.

Another great stay!
Second time staying here since it’s been refurbished and I can’t fault it. Really clean, modern throughout. Bedrooms are big and airy and the beds are so comfortable. We had a family room for our 12 year old son and the sofa bed was big and comfortable for him too. Breakfast is brilliant! So much choice and all freshly cooked. We used the swimming facilities and the only criticism is the women’s changing room. Things had been left and not cleaned away, dirty floor by the showers and no access to lockers. The changing rooms were undergoing a refurb but members still had access to lockers, our clothes were piled with others clothes by the pool side. Location is perfect for the town shops and only 10mins from the Lanes. Parking was easy, located behind the hotel.
