We have stayed here a few times as it has on site parking. This time we booked a trip to Valencia and even though it was obvious via Expedia we could not go the hotel would not refund or credit our cost to an alternative date. The cost is okay and there is a great pub nearby called the Pheasant Inn but I’m really angry about your attitude towards customers misfortune.

The hotel is stunning, spacious, and staffed by friendly, attentive people. Everyone was welcoming, and the bars provided a great spot to unwind. I chose the hotel for its convenient location, just under half a mile from Purple Parking. Unfortunately, my stay in Brussels was somewhat overshadowed by this hotel, which set a high bar for the rest of my accommodations.

Good night’s stay at Radisson Blu Edwardian
Clean hotel close to LHR. Sufficient for 1 night but wouldn’t recommend for a longer stay. Beautiful common areas but the carpets and rooms are quite dated. Very kind staff and concierge. No airport shuttle available but you can take the Heathrow Hoppa or Uber. Both are reasonably priced. If you do stay there then you must check out The Pheasant Inn. It’s a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Delicious traditional English food and drinks and a super nice proprietor named Wesley. Thanks to the hotel’s concierge for the recommendation and to Wesley for a delicious meal and fun time.

Our room was directly outside the elevators and we heard every single footstep going in and out. One of the elevators also got stuck and the guests trapped inside rang the alarm non stop from 2AM - 3:30 AM.

Lovely hotel, poor service
Hotel was very nice. Staff and check-in were extremely slow, no point in offering online check in if the staff are unable to do it. Health club was also closed and this did not say on the website prior to arrival and no alternative was offered.

Worst hotel stay in our lives. Can't upload photos
Not what we expected. Checked in after 4pm was given an upgrade. That was fine. Paid the incidental charge got no receipt. Before going to the room the carpets were smelling strong of wet damp. There were water marks visible on the carpets. The whole lobby stank of damp. Not good. Went to the room and couldn't believe my eyes that the bed was not made, rubbish in the bin bathroom had towels left on the floor. Bed linen had a visible stain on it. Dust on table are and the thing for resting clothes or anything on to. Room stank. Called reception who couldn't understand what was being said so I went to them. Almost at reception I saw a person and asked if he was the manager and said yes. Straight away I told him about the room and the main thing that the bed was not even made. His response was that they will change the room for us. He basically was trying to defuse the situation as other guests were around. He offered us drinks vouchers to use at the bar. His apology was not even genuine. The bloke who originally checked us in had to locate another room for us. He was more apologetic than the manager. He walked me to the room, was still applogising then the key wouldn't work. This happened several times. That was not good. He was ringing reception and obviously they werent answering. Eventually the keys worked. We inspected that room whilse he was with us also the keys. We wanted to use the spa that night but with everything that happened were not interested in that.

Hotel was beautiful but wouldnt stay again
Overpriced and loud due to a wedding happening with music until late. The restaurants were overpriced and breakfast not included. That being said, it is a beautiful hotel with exquisite decoration and clean. Also important to note, you pay for a hotel bus transport to and from the hotel if you are flying in and out.
