This is good hotel

The front desk clerk I spoke to 3 times trying to check in early was rude, not helpful and I perceived her to speak to me in a condescending tone she never asked to take my information or offer to call me once a room was available instead I had to come back into the office with my small child and keep checking if our room was ready. I offered to take an any room even if it was below what I paid for or I offered to upgrade to anyone room available. The last time I came in there were at lease 5 people already being checked in and given a room, it would have made a world of difference if it was offered to call me when our room was ready since she knew we were waiting around and I stopped by 3 times checking - I believe her name was Stephanie

Stuff very helpful and room very clean

Staff was amazing breakfast was wondering thank you so much for making are Disneyland visit that much better.

The property and friendly service itself was amazing. It was the loud, stomping and running children that ruined the early quiet mornings. Parents need to remind their children to be considerate of others while in a hotel.
