amazing hotel!! the concept, the decoration, & the vibe! the staff are very nice and helpful! The hotel is very convenient, it's a 1 min walk from the metro station and a 2 min walk from the very vibrant shopping streets. definitely having the cumberland as my go to hotel whenever im in london. ps: pillows aren't very comfy to sleep on

The location was excellent and the rooms clean. We would stay there again. Very central to getting around London and access to public transportation is good.

Great location

we stayed here for 2 nights with our 8 yr old boy who didnt want to leave. a fantastic hotel who's staff are brilliant, they cant do enough for you. we will definitely come back a short walk to Vauxhall underground or a lovely walk along the thames to Westminster taking in the sights of big ben and houses of Parliament. hotel has a pool and spa which we used and couldnt recommend more. can't wait to come back!!!
