Need credit/debit card upon arrival
Thought staff were quite rude when entering the hotel as neither lady at the counter greeted me and I had to ask for their attention. I then got told I had to have a physical debit or credit card upon entry as a deposit which I was not informed of in and emails or via the website. They then did not treat me with any empathy or care (such as offering a glass of water or place to store my bags) as I had to wait in the lobby for half an hour for a family member to arrive with a card to use for the deposit.

Excellent clean and spacious hotel
Excellent hotel, first visit and will definitely be back. Clean, spacious room. Shower was fab, hand soap, shower gel etc in bathroom smells amazing. Room had 4 usb ports and plenty of sockets. Bed was a bit creaky but also very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, plentiful and very clean. Staff very friendly everywhere in the hotel and very helpful.

Please refer to feedback from 3 or 4 months ago - nothing changed really. Hotel ran out of rose wine on night 1 - still not restock 2 days later. Hotel food cancelled on a Sunday night - no staff. Car parking expensive and STILL being incorrectly advertised on Hotel.com web site. Previous comments seem to have been ignored. I struggle to justify why we should use this hotel again.

the most uncomfortable bed I have slept in. The mattress was very hard. Also position of the bed was fixed and close to a wall/column which meant you had to slide across the bed to get out. Yet the room is big enough to have the bed to be positioned further away from the wall.

Ideal place to stay in Leeds
A nice clean hotel, with a well appointed room. The on site car park was very welcome, although expensive. The location is a stones throw from the city centre and the restaurants, shops and entertainments.

Location near the center of Leeds, this property is well maintained, and the room was comfortable. Our floor was not noisy, and lift service can be slow at times. Breakfast spread was good, though more signage to remind guests to clear their trays are needed.
