Staff very good especially the lady in charge at reception. The hotel suited us - all good except limited channels. First night bed was too small so next days we had twin beds and they were very good. It’s a 3 * hotel in my opinion. Breakfast excellent and nice bar. We would have preferred to be close to city centre. Overall happy with our stay and would stay there again. Another advantage was bus stop for airport across the street. It was good value for money.

Good value hotel
I was visiting my daughter at Uni. This hotel was good value as breakfast was included and there was parking on site. We got a taxi into town for about £5. Beds were comfy so it worked well for a weekend stay.

A great hotel right in the centre and only minutes walk from the train station. Staff were very friendly and an extremely efficient check in after a long train ride which was most welcome. It also has internal access to the botanical garden, which is just a wonderful bonus.
