Conveniently located next to Heathrow T4. Easily accessible from other terminals. Quiet, clean. Staff are attentive, helpful. Good breakfast buffet. Negatives : No lunch served in the main restaurant. Prices are overly high. The cafe in the adjoining cafe at the Holiday inn which was the back up option, has seen huge price increases in recent years / with prices almost the same as the main restaurant at the Crowne Plaza. 23 British pounds for fish and chips ! What’s worse it’s a 2050 calorie offering.

Was heading out for an international flight out of London. The hotel was a perfect location being able to take the train from a London and stay overnight. There’s a safe footpath from terminal 4. The facility is clean and modern. Love the wonderful dinner at their restaurant. We had a good stay.

DO NOT HAVE PACKAGES SENT HERE. There doesnt appear to be any system for uniting packages with the intended recipient. The hotel takes delivery and then the package is left on a random shelf in their mailroom. No record is made of where it's left, or any attempt made to notify the guest. Only when the guest asks are they invited to search the hundreds of lost packages left in this package cemetery - an impossible job, especially if the precise size, shape and appearance are unknown. I had two packages sent there. One was certainly delivered a few days before check-in (QD278389867GB). Other than that, i cant complain about the hotel. It's clean, convenient, has an excellent breakfast, and all the staff are polite, kind, and professional.

Good hotel for airport stay
Room was fine, front desk staff were medium helpful, getting from terminal 4 to T2 or any other terminal could have been described more effectively, and even when asked it was not really an adequate description of where to go and what to do. As well found that while the food in the restaurant was ok, seemed a little pricey for the limited selection and style of hotel
