Staff were lovely, really good stay for the price, pretty walk to the tube stations. Bed was comfy and all really clean!! facilities inc. the shuttle boat to canary wharf was perfect. Lovely stay
We had an amazing stay, although the towels were not that clean and some stains in the bathroom my the toilet. Other than that, staff were amazing, food was great, overall we had an amazing experience!
I stayed here for the second time in 3 weeks for a business trip, and for the second time in 2 weeks I was not given the room I booked. The first was due to a supposed issue with the fire alarm, the second time I was made to wait for 10 minutes whilst they sorted something in the room. When I got in the room it did not have a balcony as described in the room amenities.
Good location to visit our son. Good location for Canary Wharfe and central London not far away. Room was comfortable but no view. There was a patio style door which seemed to be for the purpose of a fire escape. The glass was frosted so that you couldn't even see the doors opposite.
Breakfast was very good. Had a meal in the hotel, which was a bit bland. I'd recommend finding somewhere else.
Overall it was okay and served our purpose.
