They do not have parking facility. There is a multistory car park nearby but after 11pm no access to your vehicle. All doors are chained up. Had to find a route to crawl through to get back to car for medication. They have no keys. This is false advertising to say there are car park facility's. Parked at 4pm left at 10am = £24? Seriously, I have travelled UK for these hours never had such a high expense!
There was no daily room service unless requested. TV doesnt work. No complimentary water unless Hilton Gold members.

Absolutely dreadful stay I was there for 2 nights without any heating it was -2 outside and not much warmer in the building, people were eating in the restaurant with coats scarves and hats on!! The hotel staff weren’t helpful and no sign of compensation
A comfortable and well designed room. Friendly staff and good restaurant with plenty of choice on the menu. The lobby was also comfortable for spending a little time before we left to go to the airport.
Rather sad there was no sauna.
Bar was under stocked..1 x Bombay Saphire and they ran out. Changed to another gin and no more normal tonic water. Only light.
Restautant menu very poor. The time it took to expain about parking, i already had a ticket!
Weeks prior to our arrival, we wrote in asking for an early check-in because we had to change for an event immediately after arriving. However, upon arrival after a long flight we were told that the room was not available. We were previously told that this may be a possibility and accepted the situation. We were instead, told to use the bathroom in the lobby to change in and we proceeded to do so. Five minutes later, hubby checked in with another staff to inquire if room was truly not available and was told that it indeed WAS available!
Appears that staff members are undergoing training and unsure of where to find details. Apart from that, stay was pleasant.
