Very cosy and snug and we both had a lovely night sleep! Nice selection of teas and coffees, however we did miss the TV! Nonetheless, we both slept well, made good use of the washing facilities and would come back again!

Comfortable stay
The room was comfortable and clean. Reception staff were great and went that extra mile. The walls of the rooms are quite thin so you can hear your neighbour snoring. The toilets aren’t great. They take a lot of flushing. Good base and nice restaurants in the area.

It's somewhere to sleep. The rooms are incredibly small, the bathrooms are poor, and there are no TVs. The entrance and bar are very nice, and I like the giving back ethos.

Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was a bit all over the place, no seating plan etc. some of the food was cold. Plates were too small to serve for full English breakfast and dinning area was too dark and some what depressing. Rooms were clean and bed was very comfortable. Rooms were far too warm and we were unable to regulate the temperature. The staff were all lovely though.

My wife and I booked this with “ open eyes” and it worked brilliantly. Good transport to central London via DLR or Elizabeth line. Good value. Spotlessly clean and highly professional staff. Although no TVs in the room and the “ cabins” are smaller than many hotels, this worked so so well for us. Many thanks

Hotel was very cute and a plus on the dock . Room was a bit smaller so we did have limited space for things to be out and open. My room had a water view which was nice . Trains are located close to the hotel which made it easy getting to central London with no problems

Great location, nice hotel.
The hotel is in a great location with great views over the Victoria Dock, and people swimming by! Very welcoming staff. One criticism is that the bathrooms are small so it's easy to bump into things. Very good buffet breakfast at tables with views over dock.

The Good Hotel is conveniently located for The O2 as it is right next to the sky gondolas that take you right across the river. It is a few minutes walk away from the nearest train station. The hotel itself is very clean and quiet with a great story and reason for existing. The rooms are small but provide everything that is needed for a short stay. Would recommend and stay again.

Amazing! The view was beautiful, the breakfast was great, room was clean and the staff was lovely. Ibrahim (hope I’m spelling it correctly) was the manager and he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. We will definitely stay there again!
