It was a nice hotel with nice rooms and just suited us for our needs Nothing fancy just a comfortable bed and a nice big shower Just wish they improved the tea and coffee facility as the instants are really not nice Staff friendly and nice breakfast especially the waffle maker!!!

Budget hotel , not in a budget price, not super clean. Not in a perfect state of repair. Aircon made a buzzing sound all night. I was given an accessibility room for no reason that was not very convenient. Average overall, would try another place next time.

Good for a cheap over night stay.
Over night stay for concert. Room for 3 (mum n 2 daughters) when sofa bed was up there was no room to use dresser or to get too open curtains. Sofa bed was not the most comfortable for a teenager… toddler yes. Pillows were naff… flat as a pancake. But I should have checked before we went out. Breakfast was good with plenty to choose from.

The venue is fine, if a little dated - the carpets were stained, the toilet leaked. The breakfast is decent but the restaurant food and service was terrible. The location is handy for the Excel and City Airport but little else....there are no shops, restaurants or coffee shops very close by.

Comfortable, modern hotel.
Modern hotel with all the amenities you would expect. Hotel was clean and rooms were of a reasonable size. Given proximity to DLR and City Airport the sound proofing was excellent. Added bonus was the inclusive breakfast. Main criticism is the lack or electric vehicle charging points. There are several in the car park but none of the work and don't seem to have done so for some time - what a waste!

Great one night stay, convenient and easy access to transport and City Airport. Brilliant staff and great facilities overall. But not much around if getting a dinner as hotel restaurant does not serve any and walking places may feel somewhat isolated.

Good hotel but a good walk to London ExCel.
Pleasant hotel, nice friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed and clean rooms. Food was good and a good breakfast buffet in the morning.
