Good Hotel with a lovely room and comfortable bed. But the breakfast restaurant was chaos two coffee machines both out order dirty crockery not cleared and far to many guests trying to get served needs a manager to sort it out.

Had no problems checking in, customer service was good, air con wasn’t working in our room, asked if some one could help us, ten min after we was in diff room with working air con, could do with a proper hoovering as rooms was dusty, stairwells & corridors too but no other problems, it’s right next to London city air port, beautiful walk & sunset views to walk

The body odor of the housekeeper on my floor stank out the entire floor. It was absolutely awful. No wash cloths were provided. Other than that it was okay.

The Hotel itself is nice and clean. Breakfast had a good variety of foods and drink. The train is about 45 min to an hour from anything you want to see. For the price its hard to beat.

The breakfast time was great didn’t have to set an alarm to make sure we didn’t miss it. Close to our airport we were leaving at, but didn’t hear the planes or the rail train. While the property made sure the outside noises couldn’t be heard. The room above us was bouncing on the floor so hard you could actually feel it. The receptionist when I called at around 11:15pm it stopped for a few minutes and then started back. Finally fell asleep around midnight, woke up to the stomping/jumping. But next trip I will definitely book again just make sure we are on the top floor.

Service was exceptional. Arrived to drop bags off and they found us a room that was available to allow an early check in. I regularly stay in London and have stayed here five times now, and it’s been perfect every time. Maybe get those coffee machines in the breakfast room fixed before the next visit…!

Thought the hotel was great - the only thing was the area was a bit grubby that it was located in - ie. when we walked over to the Thames Barrier park, it was unkept and rough. Not the hotels problem, but just wouldn't feel safe out there at nighttime

Room was nice and big,unfortunately we were given less able room which did not suit our needs.The sink was too low as it was for wheelchair user.There was only half curtain in the bathroom and when requested,we were told to ask housekeeping in the morning.We had to leave early morning for our trip and on return nothing was done.There was no interior lock in the bathroom .We requested for another room but there was none.The room tea facilities was not topped up when we were back from our trip.Most staff were helpful.Hotel is clean and hot breakfast was available.Area was quiet and accessible by train only 3/4 mns walk from hotel. London airport across thames and qiet river walk
