I have great time but the only things l did not like is that l have to pay for car park 30 pounds per day l thought the price is included. Overall the room are bigger.

Good stay.
Great stay overall. Everything was perfect when i had arrived and it was a really nice room (Junior Suite). Reception staff were on the ball and super friendly as were the room service team. Hotel is in an ok location, Canary Wharf is what it is but this is certainly one of the better hotels in the area. Rooms were soundproofed as advertised, couldn't hear a peep from the neighbours. Only tiny improvement is a more regular turn down service for the rooms but when i had asked reception they did have it arranged for me so the issue was rectified in the end.

Cleansiness not to its standards.
I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Hilton Canary Wharf and was disappointed with my experience. The room I was assigned did not match the description provided, and there were stains on the carpets that made my stay uncomfortable. Additionally, the shower water pressure was poor, and despite multiple requests to the front desk and via phone, the issue was not resolved. I also requested that three rooms be located together for my group, but this request was not accommodated. On a positive note, the staff was generally helpful and friendly. It is unfortunate that my experience at this Hilton property was not consistent with the high standards I have come to expect from the brand.
