I have stayed at this airport several times while traveling out of Heathrow- it is conveniently situated. The staff is friendly. Restaurant and bar are good. Concierge always arranged taxi to the terminal which is quite helpful.

Staff were good, friendly and efficient. The room was fine, if a little scuffed up. The big problem was the AC, it was totally useless. The room was 25C when I arrived and after the AC running all night, it was 25.5C. Tough to get much sleep when the room is like a sauna.

Poor Wifi, great breakfast. Dated bathroom and things like the lift buttons desperately need a refresh. Friendly staff. I felt the room numbers and in-room light paintings were probably a waste of energy. Why not put up a non-illuminated piece of art?
