They went over and above.
I was there for a family event, which we held at the hotel, and they could not have been more helpful, every member of staff that I dealt with was determined to make sure that they did everything that they could to ensure it was a success.

Very friendly and helpful staff . Handy to have underground parking with liftstraight up to reception . Room was quite spacious and bed was comfortable. Well soundproofed from the planes flying into Heathrow . Nice breakfast with lots of choice although the booth we chose was subject to a draught from the front door and it was a chilly morning . Staff did not want to help with changing dates for booking at my fault but got onto it in 5 mins of making booking which they said contact Expedia for booking change then got AI which wanted to charge me more for booking so I lost 250.00 dollars for a simple mistake on my behalf but admitted it was my fault. As pensioners that is a lot of money to loose also not happy with Expedia as they can see I've booked a lot of hotels through them
