We stayed here after a concert at the O2 arena and it was perfect. Such a convenient location being so close to a tube station, McDonalds, Sainsbury’s local etc. Check in was super easy and our family room (1 double a sofa bed) was PERFECT for the three of us. Beds were comfy and room was clean and surprisingly quiet facing the road. Excellent for a night or two, would definitely stay again.

Car stolen
Very bad experience overall. My car was stolen from the car park and the staff was saying this is always happening. I asked for cctv footage and they said they can't show me . I don't know what to say, either they know what happened or they don't care about customers service.

Nice hotel
Great hotel for a couple of nights. Room had everything we needed. Not far from underground and bus stop. Breakfast was just ok. Wouldn't have paid extra for it. Pull out bed could have been comfier but all in all it was a nice stay

Check in was quick and effortless. The breakfast buffet was fantastic Staff were very helpful at all times. Only complaints i have were that the road was a bit noisy and room was a bit warm, however both of these things are out of the hotels control

Claudio and the front staff were all very attentive and useful. Facilities were clean, and the breakfast was varied and of quality. I would recommend to my peers and family.

Convenient for the tube. Uncomfortable sofa bed and very cold room, no sleep. Smell of smoke and then cannabis smell from the car park after having the window open to air the room. Sofa bed really needs replacing, impossible to sleep on it unfortunately. Very disappointed with the very basic facilities and lack of comfort.

This hotel is tired. It feels like a generic 1980’s restaurant downstairs. Nothing welcoming about it at all. The hallways near the rooms were in desperate need of a hoover. And definitely don’t look up in the lift if you don’t want to get the ick! The room was clean enough, but had a really strong smell of cleaning products and I soon realised that it was because the room itself was pretty stinky. Big stains on the carpet too. Overall, this hotel desperately needs a refurb, but the staff were all very nice.
