I had a room on the second floor, 208. It seemed to have the boiler and air condition units for the floor in there so could hear running water and fan noise all night. Not the best sleep!!
Bed was comfortable and huge. Room and bathroom immaculate. Checkout was 12 so didn't appreciate 2 didn't people knocking on the doors prior to this. One to clean the room and the other to fix a switch which we hadn't reported.

The hotel serve breakfast and dinner on the restaurant but, there’s a great Turkish restaurant near by.
Our stay was absolutely amazing. Staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. Loved having housekeeping every day. That went by the wayside in America after Covid. The breakfast was by far the largest selection I've ever seen in a hotel. It accommodated all dietary types and everything we tried tasted great. I appreciated the abundance of protein options. I chose a hotel within walking distance to things like the London Eye and also a train station. Both were easily walkable. I have zero complaints about our stay and would absolutely stay here again.
The hotel is nice enough. I was disappointed that the two rooms that I booked weren’t on the same floor and one of the rooms didn’t have the two beds I was anticipating. They had to bring in a foldout.
Comfortable bed and large size room. More choices of restaurants if you walk towards Whitechapel station on Cavell St.

The location is the only thing we did not like but the property was good and the service is good etc. Since we took Uber etc. Location did not matter much. It is also little far from attractions we cannot walk to any
Stay was excellent. Able to park car and short walk to Tube. Staff very helpful. Left some coats in the room and staff have been amazing sorting out them being returned. Very grateful. Would definitely stay again!
