Not in a great area but the bed was comfy and the welcome at the front desk was polite. the room was very basic with little to no privacy as the shower and sink were in the main room next to the bed which wasn't a problem as a couple but would be tricky to share a room with a friend. As it was only for one night none of these were a huge problem however the toilet was effectively in a cupboard which made it very difficult to use as it was incredibly small and narrow, the lino floor had holes in and felt almost slimy underfoot which didn't give much faith in the cleaning of the rooms and the breakfast items did not appear fresh. We got up and left early and would not return.

The stay was terrible no kettles no tea no milk sugar nothing toilet was dirty no remote for tv. Not vaccumed properly. Not excepted this kind of lodge services from ibis property. I will not reccommend this property for anyone. 2 star hotel with zero rated facilities.

Good for a nights stay en route to Heathrow
I stayed here for one night prior to a flight from Heathrow. The room was perfect for one person, maybe two people. I only had carry on luggage, but the room could accommodate a big suitcase, although im not sure about two large suitcases. It was approx 4 min walk from the tube stop. Also had a Tesco next door which was very useful. It was good for my purpose.

Solid hotel used it for a trip to Twickenham and was great for that, only half an hour walk away. Not much for your money but price was very friendly for the area, I wouldn’t want to share a room even with my wife given how small they were but cracking for a solo traveller

I wish we had chosen a different hotel. In fact, we almost left to stay at a different hotel, but everything was non refundable so we stuck it out for our reserved 4 nights. The rooms are extremely small, there is about 1 foot between the bed and the wall. My husband threw out his back trying to get our suitcases to the other side of the bed. We were also surprised to find there wasn’t a full bathroom. It was like a studio apartment where the sink and shower were next to the bed and the toilet was in a tiny closet sized room. The bathroom (toilet room) also had blood and feces on the wall so we had change rooms, it was disgusting. House keeping only came to change the towels (requested) and restock toilet paper. On a positive note, the metro station was extremely close and convenient to get to. However if possible I would avoid staying here.

Clean basic room, friendly staff, no hairdryer in room but you just need to ask at reception. Pillows were hard not to my liking. Overall it was just what I needed.
