Great location, we had a twin room which was spacious, beds were very comfy, quiet, room was well equipped. Staff were polite and knowledgeable about things to do. Would definitely stay again if visiting the area

I wish to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional experience my partner and I had during our recent two-day stay at your hotel. The location, close to Canary Wharf, offered great public transport connections and a safe, beautiful environment. We were particularly impressed with the outstanding service provided by your staff. A special mention goes to Alyaan, who graciously assisted us with an early check-in and a late check-out, accommodating our unusual flight times. This level of attention to our needs made our stay incredibly convenient and enjoyable. Additionally, we would like to commend Vinod, our bartender, for his exemplary service and hospitality. The drinks he prepared were superb, and our conversations with him were memorable. Vinod’s dedication to his craft and warm demeanor truly enhanced our experience. Pool was shut
I booked because of the pool and the pool was shut. Everyrhing else was great. You should be discounted when that happens. It was out of my way and you pay more for accessing a pool.
