Absolutely appalling service. Rude communication and they clearly aren't permitted to be renting the apartment out as all very suspicious and secretive. Staff met us down the street and would not come in to the building with us. DO NOT BOOK.

Do not book this apartment, they are not allowed to sub let and my children were left without any accommodation. Hotels.com should not allow this apartment to be booked
