Terrible service. Was expecting great everything. Got a view overlooking a roundabout. No maid service on second day. No apology, nothing. Expect more from a run down 3 star hotel. Thankfully there are a plethora of options nearby and i will ssay away from this poorly managed property in future.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Great service. But this appears to be an older hotel. The room we were in (259) seemed worn down: The paint on the door molding inside the bathroom was worn/scrapped off exposing the wood, the bathtub drain was blocked and the water backed up (I dislike standing in waste water), the bathtub needed a good scrubbing (the anti-slip patches on the porcelain bathtub were brown from guests' dirty feet). Also, the view from our window was the exterior walls of the hotel and the rock roof of the floors below us. I was hoping for a window facing out.

Room was never ready at check in time.
This is my 4th time staying in this hotel in an executive room and never our room was ready at 3 pm. And today I asked for late check out and the receptionist was very rude and said no. Oh well it did not go well with me.
