Marriot Regents Park

The hotel had a welcoming and accommodating team of staff. The food in Carluccios was delicious and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was a good size with a balcony and the beds were comfortable. House keeping had forgotten to put any water in our room but this was quickly rectified when we phoned down to reception.

Excellent value and quality ! Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfy. The complimentary toiletries were lovely and there was a good selection of drinks for us to have. I enjoyed having complimentary use of the pool with the steam room and sauna. We also enjoyed our morning breakfast and we had a lovely evening meal at the restaurant part of the hotel. I would definitely return here again !

Nice stay

Overall the room was nice, however it wasn't perfectly cleaned as when we arrived there was a hair in the shower. Also, the sink was leaking so we had to call and have it fixed. The service was quick and nice. I was expecting a bit better quality in the interiors and less worn items from a 4* hotel. I've been in the Marriott Hotel in El Cairo many years ago and maybe because of that experience, I set my expectations bar a bit too high. Anyway, in general it was a good stay and I might consider coming back in the future.

The hotel was centrally located with the short walking distance to Regent Park. The size of the room was decent. Breakfast was excellent. The front desk manager of the hotel was pleasant and accommodating. Highly recommended.
