Never again! Disgusting!!
First of all the whole place is out dated and very very dirty! It feels very unsafe(someone tried to get in, in the night)and the place (corridors) smelt of drugs! The room itself had 4 beds which is unnecessary for the 2 of us. Also it was not clean(cobwebs everywhere and marks everywhere) and very outdated. There was also a weird fusty and dirty smell in the room. The lights didnt work. The curtains didnt fit. The toilet seat was worn out- marks everywhere. The tea and coffee was so cheep also i was to scared to use the kettle because of the cleanliness. The bed- you could feel the springs in the mattress. Then someone let off the smoke alarm (because of the shower or smoking in their room) in the early hours which scared me and my daughter to death especially after a bad night with someone trying to get in and the quality of the mattress and duvet!

Whilst that the hotel was clean and staff nice, it was very dated, the bath had holes in it and the noise from 5am which I can only assume is a boiler was awful, It stopped at 5 past 8 as I was getting up. It was sweltering in the hotel also, particularly in the corridors/public spaces. Given that the location is excellent and it was clean I would stay there again, I would just lower my expectations.

Very worthy hotel
A clean and efficient stay with everything required. Not the poshest or most modern but definately worth a standard rate & standards very good. No complaints at all. Reception staff nice. Didnt use bar or restaurant but plenty were using it.

Good for a one night stay
Had a one night stop in Wembley for something at the arena, and stayed at this hotel. For this purpose, I'd recommend it. It is close to the tube, close to the arena/stadium and close to multiple food options. The room itself was comfortable enough, and there was plenty of room for two friends sharing a room. The shower was poor, which was a shame but not the end of the world for a 1 night stop. One of the building lifts couldn't tell you where it was either, which wasn't ideal.

Room was the worst ive have ever stayed in. Toilet running all night, loud neighbours (3am). We had 2 double beds, so uncomfortable, and every spring made a noise on both. There were 2 foldout beds which looked they had been dumped in the room. The sink and toilet were both cracked. Awful room, we didnt dare eat there.

Upon arrival the hotel appeared dated. As we went to our room other guests mentioned the lifts didnt work well. When we got out of the lift there was a smell of smoke. Once in the room it wasnt clean, the smoke smell was present. The bath had what appeared to be cigarette burns in 3 places. There was a large air-conditioning unit fixed to the floor leaving about a 2 inch gao to get past to the bed. We went straight back to reception to check out. The staff were helpful and suggested we may get a refund for the second night. I think as we never stayed through no fault of our own that we should have been refunded in full. Especially as we then had to source new accommodation

The room was incredibly outdated. The bathroom was full of mold and overall felt dirty to stay in and a weird smell lingered throughout the hotel. The staff were relatively friendly but didn’t feel super welcomed.

The floor was dirty, there was blood on the covers. The property was dated & the lifts were slow & showing the wrong floor. The nightime staff were Inflexible, sarcastic & rude. The bar closed at 11pm, we could not even get a bottle of water & had to go to Sainsburys to get water. Definitely will never return or recommend this hotel. We booked for two nights but left after one night.

Great basic hotel - a little dated
Great basic hotel. Great sized family rooms. Not enough towels for number of guest when booking a family room. Lack of wall plugs. Dubious stain on wall - came off with a wet wipe so cleaning staff should have sorted it. No mattress protectors - sheets straight onto mattress. Light duvets - no spare blanket. Was chilly! Hallways smell musty and of old cigarettes. Lifts small and not showing floor numbers during transit. Good sorts bar showing football and rugby. Reception staff looked after bags after check out. Didn't eat on site so can't review. Stayed to attend Starlight Express - less than five minute walk each way. Hotel looks tired

This hotel needs a renovation, corridors smells cigarette smoke, bathroom wash basin & shower drains not working properly water stays for ages to drain. The shower needs changing . The pillows are so thin that doesn’t feel like it’s there, the tv in the room was 10 inch I think the smallest I have seen in a hotel. Unfortunately won’t be returning to this hotel again.

Room lovely and clean nice temperature. We ate in the restaurant evening meal responsibly priced and good portion size certainly couldn’t manage a dessert. Staff friendly both booking in and in the restaurant. Walking distance to Wembley which is what our stay was for. Would recommend and stay again.

It was NOTHING like the pictures! On the photos it looked new, clean and beautiful but actually it was dirty, smelly, old and looked revolting. Don’t come to this hotel unless you want to stay in a disgusting room.
