The staff were amazing and everything was clean. Like super clean which is amazing the breakfast is great just unfortunate it ended at 11pm. I was disappointed that there was not a pool or options for dining areas and activities in the area.

Don’t book this property, they will not give you the room you paid for, paid for the river view room and they had over booked so instead got a room facing flats which could see directly into my room, they were also so overbooked they were turning customers away that had booked to stay there.

It is a 15min walk to the nearest tube station buf there is an amazing amount to see and enjoy at canary Wharf. The hotel was really excellent.

It’s a shame that you can’t get to the O2 very easily as it’s literally opposite. Breakfast was not explained, we were sat and left to it. Dinner the night before was lovely so disappointed to find breakfast so different. Plates were cold and food was tepid with still an hour to go to end of service.

Do not book with this hotel chain
Hotel overbooked !!!! How ??? We booked over a week ago to be told our room is not available when we checked in?!? so we were transferred to another hotel 50 minutes away. Utter shambles and a disgrace. 4 star hotel and treated like this. We will never book again with this hotel chain.
