Yet again, your A1 robots did not recognise my booking number (through Hotels.com) and when I could FINALLY get the attention of the ONE stressed receptionist, who was trying to deal with about 4 different queries from 4 different people, all along the desk (and thus no obvious queue), she WAS able to find my booking on her computer, based SOLELY on that same booking number, as she did not ask me my name. Get your two (??) booking systems to work as one. When I asked the same receptionist if you did 'wake up calls', she said you did, and wrote my request (for 5am for an early flight) on the corner of some sheet she had infront of her.....and needless to say......I DID NOT get any wake up call! NOT impressed....its the small things that make the difference, as I know all too well, from my years working in the hospitality trade. Michael McClughin

The bedsheets, pillows and duvet had hair on it. It was only changed after I asked. The floor was dirty there was no cleaning done. The lights on the table lamp didn’t work and when turned on it was repeatedly flashing.

While we did not try the breakfast offerings we did arrive in need of dinner the night of our stay, with only 2 options available and one being a pricey table service option we were a bit sad at the limits of cost for dinner for such an affordable hotel. There was however a Starbucks coffee self service available which was great for the early morning flights !

Room okay. Sheets not very soft but bed good. Room clean but really needs paint touch up. Lots of nicks and scrapes to the black paint. Bathroom clean but very dated. Shuttle to airport timely and good value. Driver was really heavy on brakes and threw everyone and all luggage around. Didn’t make any announcements.
