Comfy room cold breakfast
Hot buffet breakfast was stone cold at 0630, obviously yesterdays leftovers put back out warm up under the lamps. Room was clean and comfortable and check-in was easy-ish

I didn't like that there too much confusion with Radisson Blu. Too many went to the wrong hotel and then had to Uber or taxi to get to the right one. I didn't like that there aren't direct bus transportation to all the terminals at Heathrow.
