I enjoyed staying at the Radisson RED location.
My check in process was very seamless as there was a self check in station where you check in and activate the key card to the room yourself.
I was able to easily locate my room and check out was also seamsless.
I cannot speak to the food in the hotel as I did not make any food order and I also did not do a lot of exploring as I was there for a night and needed to sleep before my flight but had an overall good experience with the parts I encountered!

Very tired. Main issue was the disconnect between Expedia and the hotel itself. We had booked for an overnight stay before and after flights abroad, the first check-in
Fantastic pub ( Bluebell) across the street where beer and food is sensibly priced, unlike the hotel bar and restaurants which have "airport, rip the tourists off" pricing. They dont even sell bitter.
I checked into my room around 9 PM after a 14-hour flight, only to find it was uncomfortably warm—around 26°C. I went down to reception to report that the air conditioning wasn’t working. When I returned to the room at 11 PM, nothing had been done. I called reception again and was told someone would be sent up. About half an hour later, I was told it had been fixed, but the room temperature hadn’t changed at all.
By midnight, I was exhausted and still dealing with the same issue. Only after complaining again did they finally change my room—at 1 AM. The way this whole situation was handled felt very unprofessional. There was a clear lack of urgency, communication, and care for guest comfort. Extremely disappointing experience, especially after such a long journey.
Late check in after one flight with a planned early start for another flight the following day. Used the 'self check in' but didn't work (a mile walk to the room to find this out) and was kept waiting over an over whilst the single staff member on duty tried to handle several people. Other staff asked to come and help but most were rude and simply walked off - arrived 22.20, finally got to my room 00.45 ready for an 06.00 departure. Will stay elsewhere in future.
Nice hotel; really big though. Depending on where your room is located, you might have to walk on a long distance pushing/pulling your luggage on carpet. They need to hire people who will help with baggage, or place some carts in the front. I had to push 4 bags on that carpet and my 6 years old kid had to pull his carryon….we were exhausted by the time we got to our room.
I cannot comment on an services as my focus is on what went wrong.
Another couple were given coded cards to our room and walked in when my wife and i were naked.
I'm fairly certain we didnt place an upside down pineapple on our door.
