I booked a cosy room which was perfect for me. As a solo traveller. It had everything I needed for a short stay and the bed was super comfy with a lovely thick duvet. The room got quite cold though but after speaking to reception, the maintenance team were very helpful and brought me a stand alone radiator which made my stay extra cosy. The only thing that could have made my stay even better would be extra hot chocolate in the room and biscuits to be provided to snack on.

This is not a 4* hotel as advertised. The hotel is old, run down and not upto standard at all. Stayed here 2 nights thinking it a 4* radisson so can’t be bad. However our experience was worse than what you’d expect in a hostel. The bathroom was not clean, bedsheets were dirty and it had ants of some sort crawling around on the desk. Complained to the front desk multiple times, were eventually upgraded rooms but things werent any better in the ‘upgraded rooms’. Tried multiple times to get a refund and move somewhere else but our requests were denied. Avoid and stay at another property to save your money and time.

The room was clean,warm and had all required. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A lift was not working on level 3 so quite a walk to the next ones with heavy luggage. Otherwise lovely.
