Room was what I would except from a 1 to 2 star property not a Radisson. You are expected to check yourself in and make your own room key. The room key encoder didn't work so then I had to get help. There is no complimentary transportation to the airport even thoughit is just outside.

The room itself was good. We arrived to a queue of people waiting to self-register at the check-in kiosk. I registered and the screen told me there were no more rooms. I then queued at the desk with an actual agent and they said I was being upgraded (probably oversold the basic room). Everything was fine - no real complaints about the hotel itself but the parking was insane. The lot was extra full ... cars had to make their own adhoc spots to park and even then, it was almost impossible to park, even illegally. Good value for money otherwise.

Overall enjoyable stay & good hotel. Our shower leaked onto the floor as the seal had become dislodged (my partner ended up fixing it & then an actual gap in the main screen. We opted for the dinner buffet option and some of it was cold. Pizza left out under heat lights which weren't working. I asked for parmesan cheese for the Italian buffet option & was told there wasn't any.... a bit odd in an Italian buffet. Buffet breakfast the next day better but no fried egg. Bed v. comfy, room clean & good & overall enjoyable stay.

The parking lot was very difficult to get in or out of. We only had 1 bath towel between the 2 of us. We called 3 different extensions to ask for more, and there was no answer at any of them. My husband had to go to the front desk to ask for some. When they did arrive, the person only brought a few hand towels. No bath towels. Also, when we got to the room, there was an unopened container of yogurt on the dresser, red sticky material and long black hair on the nightstand.

The room was just what I needed for a night before I flew out of London the next day. Bathroom was clean. Room was small but I just need a place to sleep. The big downside to this was the fire alarm at 1 am. An entire huge hotel full of people pouring out into the parking lot at 1 am. Not sure if a property guest caused it (I would guess), but man was it annoying and didn't leave much time for me to actually SLEEP.
