This hotel was lovely, with accommodating staff and a sublime breakfast. Special thanks to Anthony for his attentive service. They also cater to lactose intolerance, which was appreciated. The location is convenient, with a bus stop right outside and a train station just a five-minute walk away. I would definitely return.

The view over the Heath and London is great however if you have a room at the front be prepared for a lot of traffic noise .

Stayed as 5 ladies in a family room 1 double & 3 singles. Good size rooms, bathroom was quite small & very dated but we didn’t have issues with the shower or hot water. We managed. The reception staff were very friendly & professional, answered all our questions & helped us with both buses & taxis to our destinations. Breakfast was excellent, good choice, hot & tasty. We had a great time & would definitely return for future O2 visits.
