Overall fantastic couple of issues though the aircon kept coming on by itself and toilet wouldnt flush got moved rooms which was great staff was friendly and polite would deffo stay again

This place is the definition of unassuming. From the outside, you do not expect to walk into what I consider a five-star hotel experience. The hotel itself is spotless, charming, and just the right kind of quirky. Where this place shines is their choice in staff. You are not going to find concierge/front desk/customer service better anywhere else you go in London. Several times I was almost confused by how helpful they were. Let me explain. I called down and asked where the Coke machines were. I still don't know if there are Coke machines because they insisted on bringing me a soda to my room in a glass bottle on a tray with a glass full of ice. I mean, what kind of place does this? I am now officially spoiled. I guess that's my only complaint. It's going to make going to any other hotel in the future a little lackluster.

Friendly, accomodating staff. Quiet, comfortable room. On the small side but perfect for us. Very clean. Wide variety for breakfast and was tasty too! Would recommend and would stay here again!

Stayed for 2 nights to visit Abba Voyage,easy to find , 5min walk to stratford tube, 10 min to Abba Rooms quite spacious we stayed in a standard double Lights very confusing, apparently they are controlled from the TV!!! Cleanliness of room not the best, but ok for 2 nights Good choice at Breakfast, both hot and cold Staff lovely would definitely stay again if visiting Abba Voyage

Fantastic hotel; great price for a great stay.
Our stay at The Westbridge was so much better than we’d expected a hotel to be, being so close to the Abba arena. What excellent value for money. The hotel staff were welcoming, friendly and so courteous. The hotel was fresh, clean and well presented. Our room was really lovely and overlooked the courtyard garden. We hadn’t booked breakfast but decided to include it last minute, having smelled the bacon! We were glad we did as the hotel offered everything we could’ve wished for and everything was cooked perfectly and was freshly prepared. We really couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough, especially if you’re going to ABBA Voyage. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would most definitely stay again. Thank you to all the staff who were equally as attentive and helpful.

Rest your chin on the sink when on the loo.
We've stop here several times. It's reasonable price wise and suits our needs. We were in a suite this time, which was a nice surprise. Two issues to be neted, firstly the air con is loud, so ear plugs are essential, secondly to toilet/ bathroom is tiny. Useable but tiny.

Hi just spent 3 nights at this lovely hotel. Was great from start to finish. Beautiful decor a d spotless. Will definitely return when in London. The price compared to hotels in Dublin is really cheap, as prices there are extortionate!!!!

The total opposite of the hotel we stayed in before these as it was amazing and the staff were very polite with a special mention for the young blond lady in the breakfast area I think called Annabelle who was wonderfully professional and we will return again

Our Tv wouldn't work properly at midnight and a member of staff kindly came in to restart it for us. Staff are friendly and hospitable, standard room was clean and tidy with everything you'd expect for the price. Cannot complain about minor issues that didn't affect my overall experience here.
