Nice room but no dinner!
Generally a nice hotel, room great and bed very comfortable. Was disappointed to find no dinner or room service available that I was not notified of in advance or on check in - only found out when looking for dinner at 8pm. Really didn’t want to have to go out after a long day

Stayed for concert in the new Co-op live arena. Very convenient for a concert as it’s a 9 min drive, tram or half hour walk. Hotel has a very cool vibe and the rooms had great decoration - almost 50s style. Good costumer service and very clean. We were only there one night but are planning to stay again.

Hot room
Room 407 exstreamly hot and windows do not open. The Dyson fan helped and the staff and service very good. Have found my place to stay while in Manchester. The lady on reception was excellent.
