Comfortable bed spacious room. Breakfast Luke warm though. Hotel made positive attempt to clean up spilled food quickly. Location very handy for access to Manchester Piccadilly station . Lift slow. Not all lifts working

Staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. It was our sons birthday and they made him feel very special. Excellent location for Piccadilly station and just a few minutes walk from shopping. Nice bar downstairs.
