The room was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. This is my 2nd visit to the Indigo Manchester and I can highly recommend it. Right next door to the train station and over the road from the Printworks. A beautiful hotel in a oerfect location

This is the 2nd time we stayed here, so I chose this hotel on experience. The room was spotless, check in was very easy, which was great, however, I had tried to contact the the hotel on so many ocassions, 3 times by email, once through facebook, twice through instagram and 3 times by phone. I just wanted to book an early check in, I finally got through after asking direct on instagram.The hotel and its setting are lovely, the breakfast last time was great, this time it was not good, but everyone can have an off day. Overall, it is a nice place to stay, just a few bits to iron out. contact the hotel so many times . The hotel was great,

A beautiful room with an excellent view of the football museum. Steps from the Medieval city and the wonderful Cherham library Housekeeping was daily and was very good. Towels are soft and fluffy. The staff is very helpful and friendly I wish every hotel was like this one.

Friendly staff, lovely room. Couple things like th moisturiser was empty and the shower head was stuck so you couldn’t move it up and down and there was mould round the bottom of the shower but don’t affect our stay and the place was very clean and the room was nice and quiet so felt like it was soundproofed which was important.

The bed had 1 side firm and the side soft Would be good to note this when picking a room as the firm side hurt my back. No signal on tv. But everything else was good from staff and the rest of the stay
