Staff seemed very nice, the decor is very modern and the hotel was quiet, but that’s where the positives stop. Room was pretty small, bed like a slab of granite, very small bathroom, blocked drain so shower flooded bathroom floor. Water pressure not great either. My biggest disappointment - the breakfast was just dreadful. Limited choice, very poor quality ingredients and how they managed to make scrambled eggs taste that bad is beyond me! In a street in central Manchester where there are a dozen other hotels, this place needs to do a lot better!

Staff v friendly and the hotel has a nice relaxed atmosphere. Given it 5 stars because it is great value for money. Staff could not be more helpful. Central location, rooms clean (and quirky with character), decent sleep, breakfast reasonable but again not expensive so can’t complain. Over for football - we usually stay in travelodge but will stay here again if similar price in future. Bar good, and hotel is just up road from O’Malleys pub which is recommended for live music and food.

It's alright for the price. Nice little room, neat and clean. Didn't really speak much to the staff but when we did, they were helpful. We had coffee and tea in our room. Suggest bringing your own toiletries, they have a all-in-one body wash & a handwash.

The hotel is located conveniently near Piccadilly, with pleasant interiors and very helpful welcoming staff. I was dressed for the winter, but found my bedroom cold, even when I tried turning on, and turning up, the heating. When I dined in the restaurant it also felt chilly.
