I had to check in late due to travel disruption. Staff met me at reception and the guy was so helpful and friendly! I even got a room upgrade. Great central location. Quirky decor! clean and great hot shower and facilities. Really pleased! looking forward to going back

The AC was very poor, windows whistled all night, so quite chilly . The room was tiny, ok for I night but no storage at all . Beds and shower very good. Great central location, but a bit dodgy.

Small but very nice room, silly extra charges, tax one and storage of luggage as we were there before checkin, get rid of those. Great location, lovely bathroom. Would stay again.

The staff member welcoming us on reception was so over the top and fake that it actually felt pretty awkward. I walked away wondering what on earth she was on. The room was tiny and there were plug sockets not attached to the wall properly, paint chipped everywhere, and wasn’t completely clean. The bathroom wasn’t great. The bed wasn’t comfy. The location was good but honestly paying the price I paid for this room when a travelodge or ibis would have been cheaper and better was so disappointing. I was that disappointed with the hotel and room I was considering emailing/calling them but then I thought the review needs to be honest anyway.

The heater unit was broken curtions broken, room was not clean We had to vacate after the first night stay Im submitted for refund there has been no response Its not money's woth that place The first dayvwe arrived the front desk staff was so inhospitable, outright rude We had to carry our own bedding and towels to the room .
