Convenient location near Piccadilly station
Brand new hotel, so a few snags here and there. No proper working space/desk in the room. TV placed parallel to the beds (not facing them). No minibar. Breakfast room poorly indicated and accessed after going up a flight of stairs. Right now the rooms are in perfect condition but might age not so well. Poor soundproofing with the road in front. Overall nothing horrible and a decent value-for-money proposition, but this property jas more potential than what it is achieving today.

Hotel staff were all extremely friendly. Particularly thanks to the young man on reception, he was extremely polite and very interested in our trip. Lots of great advice. Would 100% stay here again. My only slight complaint would be no complimentary water in the fridge in the room.

Amazing!
This hotel was absolutely lovely. It was very central for the O2 Apollo and restaurants. The room was very clean and extra comfortable with lots of little extras including decent shampoo and soap. It definitely exceeded our expectations

Excellent hotel in good location, currently undergoing refurbishment. The room was spacious and clean. Location good for exploring Manchester and parking a real bones, which was secure. Breakfast also very nice. All in all a great hotel and I'd definitely come back.
