I go to Manchester regularly and always stay at the Mercure big room always clean reasonably priced breakfast nice view across Piccadilly gardens and the staff were very good can't fault it

It was a gate visit close to trams and shops ideal for getting to the new co-op Arena for concerts the room was clean and nice big tv

Clean and quiet room on a high floor, I did have to complain to my neighbouring room as they woke us twice during the night being very loud slamming doors and on the telephone. But otherwise there was quiet. The lady at the front desk was able to check us in early which was super helpful!

Lovely room, clean and spacious. Friendly and helpful staff, close to tram to get to Co-op Live and less than 10 mins walk from Manchester Picadilly. Noisy from outside until 2am and tgen afain from 6am but city centre location so cant be avoided.

Hot water issue
The issue is waiting 10 minutes to get a shower as you need to wait for the hot water to run through the system. So if yo are an early riser and or need to get on with your day then it is annoying. Room good but bathroom is tired.
