Great stay, lovely hotel and helpful staff. Hotel smelt lovely when you walked in, nice decor, toiletries were fab and the room was very spacious. The only downfall was our room had skylights and the blinds didn't cover the windows so it was very light, very early. Didn't ruin the stay though!

First off the property is great! Really good location in the centre of Manchester. Fixtures in the hotel are amazing e.g. great bed, amazing bathroom (huge bathtub), coffee machine and tv. Balcony also great!!! However, the hotel is let down by its housekeeping which dampened my experience. For example, under the beds there was used tissues and half a biscuit. There were also several long hours which clearly are not mine. There was Also an earring under the cupboard area. This all suggests that cleanliness needs to be improved. If this was better I would have no issues in offering a five star rating! I would go back for sure if cleanliness was better.

Nice hotel. Slowest lift up to the 4th floor in the world. Bath tub in the room took 45 mins to fill up. Apart from that, really nice.
