altogether a great experience! the room was clean and just stunning, so many little details that just made the experience so worth it. the staff are friendly and the hotel is safe and locked up at night with no access to anyone who isn’t a resident.

Stylish rooms but incredibly noisy from both external and internal noise. Also turned up to breakfast to be told the chef hadn’t turned up yet which was extremely disappointing.

Really lovely staff. Excellent location close to Piccadilly gardens, the train station and shopping areas. Discounted parking at Citi Park which is within a two minute walk of the hotel, details are on the hotel's website. Our room was very well appointed and included armchairs and a marshall speaker but had suffered some damp (dehumidifier in room) but wasn't an issue whilst we were there. The lift was out of action during our stay which could be an issue for some people. Breakfast was one of the best I've had in a hotel but it is cooked to order so if you are in a rush it's worth letting them know. I would definitely stay again.

The condition of the room was poor with broken tiles, chipped fixtures and stains throughout the bedroom and bathroom, I would expect a much higher level of maintenance and attention to detail at this price point. Staff and food were superb.

Well, we will not be returning. We basically paid £206 for a bed for the night. The lift was out of order! It was torture to see elderly guests struggle up the many steps with their luggage and no assistance. The breakfast was inedible, and we were ripped off for the parking. They really should have done better.

Only problem for us was that the lift was having maintenance, we are in our mid 70’s and were on the 4th floor. Will book again but make sure the lift is working.

I absolutely loved the bed, it was so so comfortable and the shower was amazing. The room was so spacious and I loved the details of the tea and coffee as well as the bathroom freebies. Would stay here again!

Gone downhill/ sold with air con /lift facilities!
Very misleading on booking websites. This property DOES NOT have air con, according to reviews has not had working air con for a long time? Lift not working, (reviews going back as far as May 2024 clearly document this). I booked this accommodation as we have stayed here before and it was amazing. I have mobility issues. Only informed that the lift was not working when we checked in? NOT ACCEPTABLE! We were on the 2nd floor, however, i really struggled, which totally spoilt our stay. Could not get the air con to work, and due to post menopausal issues, i NEVER stay anywhere without air con. I was informed, on calling reception,that the air con did not work, hence the Dyson (useless) fan. I chose to stay here as my partner was going to a gig, and i wanted a hotel with onsite restaurant so that i didn't have to go out alone for dinner. On having lunch in the restaurant, we were advised that there would not be any food available after 16.00? Also, many items on the menu were 'unavailable?' No coffee available at breakfast??? No long straws/ condiments available for a 'long' cocktail? No fridge in the room, no complimentary bottles of water? Light bulb constantly flickering in room, ( had to remove the bulb) Very tired, grubby room. Stains on the walls, bloodstain on the bedding, scratched and worn furniture, safe door would not close, ( when we removed the wedge of paper that was keeping it shut) The only redeeming feature was the AMAZING staff!

The hotel is in very poor condition. When we visited the lift was out of door, heating not working, x2 blinds in room broken so room too bright, broken bulb in room light (dangerous), air con not working. Can’t believe they charged £280 for one night.
