Lovely stay at this hotel. Close to all amenities, friendly helpful staff, clean room and a comfy bed and a good air con system that kept the room cool all night!

Room was a good size and clean, can’t fault the room itself at all however the room keys decided they weren’t working 5 times. I had to go up and down to reception 3 times at midnight after an all day music festival because the key wasn’t working and the new keys weren’t either resulting in staff having to come up and try multiple keys. Then the key that worked that night didn’t work the next morning and had to do it all over again. Booked late check out but got woken up by hotel staff telling me checkout was 11 and apparently had no record of me booking late checkout despite me having emails confirming it.
The security was good very alert
The service was excellent from front desk and dining area.
The cleaning was on point absolutely spot less

Used to be a decent hotel but after my keycard failed forge forth time in 2 days and your on the 7th floor gets boring staff in different bar staff miserable beer warm and tates disgusting bed mattresses needs replacing or the bed frame could only sleep on half the bed I could go on but is bored
Hotel was in an ideal spot to access shops, nightlife and restaurants. Across the road was paid parking (although we unable to log online). We paid cash each morning which was fine. Hotel breakfast was nice although staff struggled to replenish items due to the amount of guests. One lift was broken and this caused a considerable delay. Cleanliness could be better, carpets required hoovering in the corridors/bedroom and deep cleaning. Bed was very comfortable and towels clean.
