Recommended and great staff
This hotel is not the best I’ve ever stayed in, it’s looking a bit tired in the rooms, corridors and public areas. But, it’s good value and clean and near the station. However what makes this hotel is the staff - they are fabulous, nothing is too much trouble for them, chatty and friendly and very helpful. An example : I asked for a late check-out for a work meeting at midday, which unfortunately they couldn’t do because of other bookings but offered me a space in the bar area for a work meeting where they said they’d cordon off a space and keep it quiet for me. In the end the meeting got cancelled, but super helpful. Fully recommended as long as you don’t expect 4/5* luxury.

Great hotel. Everything perfect Would of give ot 5* if it had heating in the room. I stayed December and roo was quiet cold Also it's further away from town centre than ithought, cost £20 to get to the hotel. Everything else was good.

Hotel is convenient for attending concerts at Utilita Arena and has good nearby parking. Facilities if hotel are a little old and need of refurb. No air conditioning. Grumbling air pipes. Economically priced though , so good value, but not luxurious .

Overall clean. Bathroom could do with a spot of paint but overall clean. Was told 30 car parking spaces at hotel but when got there told no such parking places and had to park on multi story car park. Which was discounted tbf Perfectly situated for Utilities Arena
