Family accommodation in Omiya

It’s our go-to hotel with lovely accommodations, attentive service, and a location that is convenient to various train lines and is a nice walk to Ginza.

The hotel was in a good location, in the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku station. It was a shame that the terrace was closed so we could not see Godzilla close up. Water was provided daily and there is a filtered water machine in the lobby. The room was clean (and small, as expected), except for a small stain on the covers. It was not clearly communicated what to do with the used towels, but we just left them in the hallway and they were picked up by the time we got back. Something that I noticed in all hotels on this trip is that the walls in the bathroom by the sink were not cleaned so there were lots of toothpaste stains/marks.
