The Hotel is very unique, does have a lot of character. I found it quite noisy at times in the night even with the room at the side. Im not sure wht the windows are like bit also could feel a draft.

Only stayed for a night but enjoyed our stay very much. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, and everything was very clean. We had a meal and breakfast in the restaurant, both were very good. Breakfast was a cooked to order menu with a very good full English. We’d definitely stay again. Thank you

Very conveniently close to Piccadilly, lots of bars, shops, restaurants in the vicinity. Hotel was welcoming, clean, comfortable, spacious; bed was huge and cosy. Nice selection of tea/coffees in the room, could’ve done with some bottled water though. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Great location and lovely property. Large, comfortable room. Breakfast service a bit hit and miss. One morning our order was mixed up with another table and we had a long wait. Next morning, also a long delay - especially for tea as the kitchen didn't have any teapots available!!

45 minutes to be served a poor breakfast
The room was huge and we liked the decor. It is an old building, full of character, the room was noisy, vibrating humming pipes etc. Breakfast the first day was very nice, on the Saturday it was busy at breakfast, we waited 45 minutes and the food was poor. A glass of wine in the bar cost me £15.95, however the beer my wife had was reasonably priced.

Nice room but no dinner!
Generally a nice hotel, room great and bed very comfortable. Was disappointed to find no dinner or room service available that I was not notified of in advance or on check in - only found out when looking for dinner at 8pm. Really didn’t want to have to go out after a long day
