Beautiful old building, wonderfully maintained, no tired nor neglected areas. The welcoming reception boasts a roaring and welcoming real fire with an elegant seating area set around it. Staff are friendly and go about their duties with quiet efficiency. The old Swan certainly lends an air of qualities of yesteryear. Highly recommended.

Booked a deluxe double which was a lovely, large room. We were warm and cozy. The bar had a good selection of drinks and food; the food served until 9.30pm. Good choice at breakfast. Staff lovely. Right in the centre of Harrogate.

Perfect stay

Beautiful hotel, the suite we had was perfect and everything we wanted it to be. The bed and pillows were so comfy. Highly recommend for location to 8 min walk to the town centre

Historic hotel so quite a maze inside ! Met one elderly gentleman who was lost !! Signage was confusing. Room was comfortable & decent size. We were there when it was frosty outside for three days and the room wasn’t overly warm. Not helped by the fact - discovered on day 2, that we had a bathroom window which was open !! Leave a note to tell people please ?? Excellent breakfast & friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay

Overall a good stay

Overall we had a good stay. I dont think we should as guests be charged £10 per night for parking. I also think breakfast should be included £15 95 per per person per day is a bit much. We had a full breakfast and refills of tea or coffee at a wetherspoons down the road for £10.01 for 2 people.
