I've stayed here on several occasions, the lobby staff are always very friendly and accommodating, the rooms, gym and restaurant are all great, the only niggle is the bar can get busy and there usually isn't enough staff to serve and arrange bar meals efficiently.
Otherwise its fine.
We arrived very late in the evening and the check-in was so quick and easy. The room was spotless and had all of the essentials. Every member of staff that we spoke to was really helpful. Thanks for a lovely stay we will definitely recommend and use again
