We had the best time here, the staff are excellent and made our stay perfect. The bed is also extremely comfortable. We are in the harbar lounge and the duck pizza was amazing.

I liked everything!! From the moment I checked in I was made to feel so special. My room was super quiet, and I had the best nights sleep. I ate in the Harbour restaurant- dinner and breakfast-and both were delicious! I also had a complimentary transfer to the terminal and Darren, my driver couldn’t have been more helpful. I can thoroughly recommend the Harbour Hotel Southampton

Reception was very busy on arrival, waiting 10-15 mins to check in. Weren’t advised before arrival that car park charges now applied. Comfortable room although revellers down our corridor woke us up when they came to bed. Always enjoy our stays at SHH.

I liked everything. Supervisor went with me to the room and showed me features. I arrived from a the U.S. exhausted from travel of 24 hours and was treated like royalty. I arrived early in the morning and without hesitation was immediately given a room. This place and the employees were amazing!!! Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay!!

Amazing hotel for a trip to celebrate my fiancée’s 40th birthday. Friendly and helpful staff at check in. Lovely room with balcony and view of the harbour. Great attention to detail. Would definitely recommend this hotel and 100% would come back again. 10/10

Lovely property! Not sure it's worth booking a marina view room like we did in winter months, as other rooms are also bright and cheerful. In any event, very nice hotel - perfect place to stay before getting on a cruise.

Lovely hotel with harbour views
Lovely hotel . Clean . Bed was really comfortable good nights sleep. Complementary gin in room though did not use. Nice view of harbour. Didn’t have breakfast as early flight. Dinner was expensive one course each and bottle of £30 wine cost £90 lights where so dark couldn’t see what was in plate . Would stay again but eat elsewhere.
