This is not an airport hotel. We were told nothing about the horrible inconvience in getting there. We landed at terminal 3. Hotel is at terminal 4. No big deal, right?
Well, we had to trudge through endless corridors dragging our suitcases and backpacks, then take a lift, just to get to the train. Then, we take the train to terminal four and had to repeat a simlar process. But finally - the sign pointing to the hotels. Little did we know that we still had to drag all our stuff through tunnel after drab tunnel . We were exhausted. When I mentioned this to the person at the front desk she told us about a bus, but said we did the right thing because getting the bus is confusing. I would rather have been "confused" than been a physical wreck.
This hotel must at the very least alert its guests and tell them how best to get there.
Having gone through what we did, it would have been better to stay in Cenral London. Costs more but at least a door to door taxi.
